Rest in relation to creativity (as a survival necessity)

Proper rest allows for creativity to even happen. Gotta aim at improving that as a top priority. Creativity is about survival these days. It's not this… “cool thing we used to do as kids.”

Times have changed... It's pretty much a requirement now. So if you need more rest, need to work out, use the C-pap… you got to. Like, try one of these things, and keep it up each day.

I know it's not a big huge epic cool sounding thing. But this is like doing routine maintenance on your car. You don't really have people seeing you every day to tell you that you seem tired. No way to get that feedback.

I'm just kinda... realizing like. Oh yeah... This isn't normal.

We're in a time… I would say the universe rewards creativity. Current society rewards it. That doesn't mean force it. If you need more rest, or whatever the missing piece is, you have a more clear target for figuring that out.

You're so used to accepting tiredness as normal. It's not. Not every single day, as bad as this is.

So of course that's affecting everything else.

Just saying. Keep going.

So fixing your fatigue is a priority, not a “If only someday…” type of thing.

You gotta put in some real work yourself, just know that. You can't rely on these doctors. You can't. The system is useless.
